Accelerated Bridge Construction
Accelerated Bridge Construction (ABC) includes a number of techniques for constructing and/or replacing bridges while minimizing the impacts to the traveling public or responding to catastrophic weather events. Topics such as slide-in bridge construction, Geosynthetic Reinforced Soil – Integrated Bridge System (GRS-IBS), and pre-fabricated sections are included.
